Are you ready for spring? I know I am! This month we are rescheduling some classes that were canceled due to weather last month.
Our theme for March is accessing our inner Wisdom. We all possess wisdom within, whether we call it a hunch, intuition, a gut feeling or guidance from spiritual entities.
Meditation, yoga, and spiritual studies are ways to get in touch with ourselves and enhance our connection to this innate wisdom so that we may reduce the stress and anxiety, worry and concern we have in our lives. Our movie this month also follows this theme with the life story of Neale Donald Walsch, writer of the “Conversation with God” books.
Attend one of the varied programs this month. Please note that there is a 2-hour registration requirement for classes. Workshops and other events may vary.
The Sound Healing with Restorative Yoga class on March 10th is waiting list only now. If you need to change your registration or would like to be on the waiting list, be sure to contact us.

Our guided meditation classes will help us to access this wisdom and find clarity in our lives. When we allow inner Wisdom to flourish it enriches our spiritual growth. Each meditation class provides experiences with a variety of meditations and mindfulness practices.
- Mondays at 7:00 pm
- Saturdays at 10:30 am
- Sundays at 9:30 am

The Yoga-for-All classes are body-positive and available to anyone no matter your size, shape or ability. Variations of poses will be provided using props such as chairs, blocks, straps, walls, bolsters, and mats. If you have been in my previous chair yoga classes, you’ll be at home here. I’ll be teaching to everyone.
- Mondays at 5:30 pm
- Fridays at 11:00 am
- Saturdays at 9:00 am
Workshops for March

Accessing Inner WIsdom Workshop on March 30th
During this experiential workshop, Deb and Paul will help you to gain insight into a current situation in your life so you can see it from the perspective of your Higher Self. We will spend time with guided meditations and journaling activities so you may look at the unconscious limited ideas and beliefs which may be behind the discomfort you are experiencing. When they are brought into the light of conscious awareness, you will be able to get back in touch with your inner peace that has always been present for you.
A similar workshop held in January was sold out. Be sure to register now to hold your spot.

Take a little time to love and indulge yourself!
Tea and Chocolate Pairing: Come and enjoy an afternoon with two of life’s greatest pleasures: tea and chocolate!
Join Lauri Lee in an educational and interactive afternoon involving the art of pairing tea with chocolate. Many flavors of tea and chocolate to indulge! You deserve to give yourself a treat!

If you missed Sarah’s class in February, she will be presenting two condensed workshops of the same material. You do not have to attend both.
This workshop will assist you in reducing stress and anxiety. By transferring focus and attention to the body and breath, yoga can help to temper anxiety while also releasing physical tension. You will learn poses to release the common areas were tension can be activated and coupled with pranayama or breath control, which will help you center yourself whenever anxiety strikes.
Areas of focus in this class: Psoas and hips, hamstrings, shoulders, inversions such as downward facing dog which can be done in a chair, on a wall or on the mat.

For the Spring Equinox session, I will be using both Crystal and Tibetan bowls, meditations, and poems to inspire us for the transformation of Spring!
Take a “sound bath” and relax in the healing properties of Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that take the mind on an immersive healing journey. You can expect to leave feeling rested and rebalanced and restored.
