Video: Mental Noting for Breath Awareness

In working to improve our concentration, today, we’re going to introduce a word or phrase with the breath. We can use any word or phrase, in our case today, we’ll be using RISING AND FALLING. We use this quietly though, as our main focus is on the sensations of the breath. That is where our awareness is placed. Now you can use IN and OUT or there may be another word that has meaning for you like LOVE or PEACE.
