In this episode, we learn the six responses to anxious situations that we can transform these natural reactions to productive ways to deal with our anxiety and the circumstances involved. We learn a simple meditation and breathwork that can be used anytime and anywhere. Finally, a grounding meditation to help bring balance and centeredness.
