Wise Old Friend

Early morning revelations…Today I practiced with my current mantra phrase, ‘I release all that does not serve me.’ A door opened within for a deeper question: ‘What does serve me?’ The answer? The wisdom of an owl hooting in the dawn.

Each time I listen, I grow. Every moment I spend in this sacred space of self-reflection and connection, I am reminded that I am always learning. The number of years I have been on this journey doesn’t define my growth; it’s the depth of my listening, the openness of my heart, that truly matters.

Over the years, I’ve had the profound privilege to work with many souls, guiding them closer to their inner wisdom. I’ve witnessed the power of the human spirit, the incredible capacity we have to tune in, and the messages our hearts and souls seek. It’s a journey we all can embark upon. If we listen intently, the answers and guidance we seek are often right there, waiting for us to receive them.

To everyone reading this, know that your inner wisdom is a wellspring of truth and insight. Trust in it, listen to it, and most importantly, grow from it.

I researched the owl’s hoot that I heard and it is a Barred Owl (not Barn) and this is the image I found. A beautiful journey this morning with a wise old friend.
